Finepassport and Finepassport Club are both powered by SafePOB GmbH, a trusted provider of financial and technological solutions. By using the services of Finepassport or Finepassport Club, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Membership Termination
Finepassport and Finepassport Club reserve the right to accept or terminate any membership at their sole discretion and decision, effective immediately. By joining the club, members acknowledge and agree to this condition.
Product/Benefit Delivery
1. The details provided by the club member in the registration form are considered official and will be used for delivering products, benefits, and services. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of their information.
2. Responsibility for updating personal details lies solely with the member. Finepassport, Finepassport Club, and SafePOB GmbH are not liable for errors, including loss of benefits or failure to receive notifications related to the club, such as issues with product or service delivery.
3. If incorrect identification details are provided during an order, resulting in the return of products or benefits to the supplier, the purchaser will bear all associated shipping and handling fees as determined by Finepassport, Finepassport Club, or the supplier.
4. Delivery of products or benefits will follow the terms specified on the respective sale page.
5. Delivery times are calculated based on business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves and public holidays). Suppliers will make reasonable efforts to expedite delivery.
Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
6. Consent to Share Personal Information
By using the services of Finepassport or Finepassport Club, members explicitly agree that their personal information may be shared with third-party service providers (including financing service providers) when required to facilitate the provision of requested services. This includes, but is not limited to, credit checks, loan processing, and other related financial services provided by SafePOB GmbH.
7. Purpose of Data Sharing
Personal information shared with third parties will only be used for purposes directly related to providing the requested service and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Finepassport, Finepassport Club, and SafePOB GmbH ensure that third-party providers adhere to strict confidentiality and data security standards.
8. Member Responsibility
Members are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information when requesting services facilitated by Finepassport or Finepassport Club. Failure to do so may result in delays or an inability to provide the requested service.
9. Data Protection
Finepassport, Finepassport Club, and SafePOB GmbH comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and other international regulations where applicable. Members’ personal information will not be shared with unauthorized parties or used for purposes beyond those outlined in this agreement.
10. Withdrawal of Consent
Members may withdraw their consent for data sharing at any time by contacting Finepassport or Finepassport Club via email at info@finepassport.com. However, withdrawing consent may result in the club’s inability to provide certain services.
Prices and Payments
11. Purchases can be made using credit cards, debit cards, gift cards, preloaded club member cards, or one-time voucher codes provided by the purchaser. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply as specified on each product’s sale page.
Note: For debit card installment payments or bank transfers or checks sent, ownership of the product remains conditional until all payments have been completed on time and in full.
12. All prices listed on product sale pages include local VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
13. For products or services priced in foreign currency (e.g., flights or vacations abroad), exchange rates will be calculated based on the "high cash rate" (the bank's cash transaction rate) on the order date unless otherwise stated.
14. An invoice will be issued for all purchases as required by law in the name of the purchasing club member.
Cancellation of Purchase and Return of Products
15. Purchasers will receive confirmation of their order details after completing a purchase. It is their responsibility to review these details for accuracy.
16. Purchase cancellations will comply with applicable laws:
- Cancellation notices must be sent via email to info@finepassport.com or via WhatsApp (contact details on the website) within 14 days of purchase.
- Cancellation fees may apply (up to 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower). If a product is defective or does not match its description, Finepassport or Finepassport Club will arrange a return at no cost to the purchaser.
Links and Third-Party Content
17. The website/application may contain links to third-party content/services not controlled by Finepassport, Finepassport Club, or SafePOB GmbH. They are not responsible for these services or their content.
18. By using services provided through third-party links or partnerships, members acknowledge that their interactions with such third parties are governed by the terms and conditions of those providers.
Disputes
19. In case of disputes between a member and Finepassport, Finepassport Club, or SafePOB GmbH that cannot be resolved amicably, the matter will be referred to the CEO (or an appointed representative) for resolution.
20. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the member’s place of residency or Hessen, Germany, depending on where the service is provided or accessed. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in either location.
